Where can I see your products in person?

Experience our collection firsthand with a private showroom visit, available exclusively by appointment. To arrange your visit, please contact us at info@plains.store. Upon receiving your request, we will provide all relevant details, including our location, appointment availability, and any additional information to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

We also strive to be present at select markets whenever possible, offering you the opportunity to experience our products firsthand. Stay connected through our Instagram and subscribe to our mailing list for updates on when and where we’ll be showcasing our collection, so you can explore the quality and craftsmanship in person.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Plains has a 10-day return policy for all items purchased from Plains except for items purchased on sale or if a coupon was redeemed during the purchase. The 10-day count starts from the date of purchase in person and on the date of delivery for online purchases. Please contact us about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within the 10-day period. Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase or delivery (i.e., have not been worn, have all tags attached, and in the original packaging). A valid receipt will also need to be presented. If you have purchased an item from our online store, please mail info@plains.store to arrange a return. The courier fee will be for your account.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is currently only available domestically. RAM Couriers handle all South Africa shipping. Shipping of orders will only take place on receipt of proof of payment. If proof of payment is not received, Plains will wait until funds are visible in the account before shipment is made. If applicable, shipping cost is payable by the customer. Mondays and Wednesdays are our processing and packaging days, where we prepare orders for shipping. Packages will be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We aim for your order to arrive within 3-5 working days after they've been collected. Please email info@plains.store for any questions.

How can I track my order?

Once we have received your order and payment has reflected you will receive an order confirmation. You will be notified via a subsequent mail containing your tracking number once your parcel has been collected by the courier.
